With over 30 years of experience within the professional audio industry and founding his own company W E Audio Ltd in 1988 means that Wayne has been responsible for the application of audio to many genres of Concerts Tours, Artist Accounts and Special Events. His straight up no-nonsense approach means that nothing is un-achievable to him and this has been a winning approach over the years.
Achievements include: Audio engineering for Elaine Paige, Jane McDonald and Jason Donavon, supplying audio systems for the likes of Bellowhead, Pigeon Detectives, and Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings. Wayne has also achieved West End credits to his name for the sound design at the Theatre Royal Haymarket and The Strand Theatre that he consulted for the Rat Pack.

Rylan started working at W E Audio in the summer of 2009, having being introduced to the company by his lecturer, Jim Parson (formally Jim Tiger Hire). Since then he has worked his way up to Directorship status within the company, looking after all aspects from the day to day running, planning of events, Crew and logistics.
Rylan is one of our main Turbosound Aspect and Flex Array system technicians as well as becoming a reputable Front of House and Monitor Engineer, looking after many of the festivals, events and acts that W E Audio supply. He has worked with the likes of, Peter Hook, Mica Paris, Amelia Lilly and Ben Montague.
